Narrative
Student Accessibility Services (SAS) proctors accommodated tests to students with disabilities. This allows students to receive distraction-reduced testing, Assistive Technology, extended time and other educational accommodations. This benefits students with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, as well as students with hearing and visual impairments. To maintain the highest integrity of exam proctoring in the SAS has expended beyond our testing rooms, and we now proctoring more exams throughout the semester in alternative spaces across campus (Boca and Jupiter) Therefore, additional proctoring security cameras are required, to assist SAS in maintaining the highest integrity when proctoring exams in different spaces cameras require relocation to new testing spaces in SAS. This proposal is requesting the purchase 20 portal cameras (5 for Jupiter and 15 for Boca), 20 SanDisk 128GB, cords/ USB chargers, Memory Cards, and 20 tripods
