Narrative
The NU-84/208 Computer Lab was recently revamped with new furniture and an upgraded AV system. The lab's available stations went from 13 to 20 with the new furniture layout. To finish out the lab for the students, we would need 20x Dell AIO computers to allow the computer lab to function at maximum efficiency and to have the latest computer technology for our Nursing students. This room serves a dual purpose in allowing Nursing students to have a computer lab for them to use while on campus to do their studying, course work, and collaboration on group projects. As well as this lab also serves as a small computer lab that can be used for proctored exams that the faculty may give to their students. In addition to the standard software offered through the university, we wish to purchase EndNote to be installed on all computers for the lab. EndNote is one of the best reference management software available on the market which can help in writing research papers. It is already a very popular software with students and faculty. By getting this software for the lab, we can provide the tools necessary to help students succeed in their courses and their research.
