RhythmQ’s fellowship management platform provides a comprehensive streamlined approach to tracking and managing fellowship applications, progress, and outcomes. Compared to other platforms, RhythmQ is built to handle a broader scope of fellowship management, including application tracking, administrative tasks, and ongoing project management for students participating in fellowships. It focuses on both the application process and the logistical aspects of maintaining progress within fellowships. Provides tools for managing fellowship-related activities beyond the application process, including handling funds, tracking milestones, and ensuring compliance with fellowship requirements. For faculty and administrators, RhythmQ’s fellowship management platform simplifies the oversight and management of multiple fellowship programs. It offers tools for easily monitoring student progress, reviewing application materials, and voting feedback on applications.

Sustainability

This platform has streamlined our graduate fellowship and award process and reduced additional administrative work across departments around the university and allowed for an easier application and follow-up process for students. We are requesting centralized funding to support this platform.
