Narrative
We're seeking your support to bring creative recording technology to FAU students by creating new studios in the FAU Libraries. This project includes establishing both a One Button Studio (OBS) and a Podcast Studio. The OBS is a simple, semi-professional suite providing high-definition cameras, lighting, audio equipment, a lightboard, and a green screen option. It's designed for students to practice presentations, record video assignments, and create e-portfolio content with just a few clicks. The Podcast Studio will accommodate up to four users and feature the Rodecaster Pro II Audio Production mixer, which offers easy, intuitive control over all audio levels and effects, making professional-quality podcasting accessible for all skill levels. This funding will allow us to secure the equipment necessary to launch these high-quality, convenient digital creation spaces for every FAU student, faculty, and staff member.
