Adobe Pro will be used to expedite the paperless initiative for uploading student documents into the current imaging system. Adobe Pro will be used to index the records to facilitate the upload process. This software will also enable the admissions staff to combine numerous documents, extract necessary images, or integrate with outlook to save correspondence and upload through existing KOFAX software to the imaging system (VIP).
The following goal will be reached by this project to support a paperless office
